PPH question---adjoining rooms?

We are going to Disneyland in September with my inlaws [no, it's a good thing]! We are staying at PPH, and booked separately through Costco.

At what point can I call PPH and request to have adjoining rooms? [It will make naptime with our little girl so much easier!!]

Now! They can't guarantee it. I'd call the night before or first thing in the morning of check in to see if you can get them.
