PP Hotel directions

The thread about PP Hotel's new PCH buffet got me to thinking.
How do the masses travel between the hotel and the gates of DL?
Seems like a long and indirect walk or maybe there's a shuttle?

There are lights on Disneyland Drive at the entrance to GCH. Cross there, walk through GCH, and you come out in the middle of DTD. Easy!

Alternately, walk north west from the same lights on Disneyland Drive through the carpark (follow the sidewalk) towards DTD/Disneyland Hotel. You enter DTD right by Earl of Sandwich, then walk to the esplanade.

I like the GCH route, it is shorter and because you are essentially breaking the walk in to 3 parts, it seems even quicker.

Thanks for the post McN's. It sounds like the walk is about what I expected.
Oh well, at least I can walk off some of that buffet.
