Can someone help me? I have 3 different presentations that need to be combined into one long presentation (with 3 different backgrounds). Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks!!

Try going to "Insert" and selecting "Slides from File". Then browse and find the PP you want to insert.

Let me know if this isn't what you needed.

Edited ~ OH! I almost forgot...be sure to click on the little box that says "keep source formatting" once you're ready to insert the new power point.

You can also select all slides from the left hand box, and hit "copy". Paste slides into the new document.

Agree that PP's solution is the best. Have fun! :goodvibes

You may have to go through and reformat a lot -- within each slide you can select Format/background then "omit background graphics from master" if there are pesky master slide elements showing up in the new slides that don't belong there. You can do that step in batches, as well.
