Sorry for such a late reply - I only pop in occasionally.
Let me preface this and state that I have 4 kids and I am about 2 weeks from delivering number 5. I have been concentrating on walking and doing yoga and modified Pilates since I am unable to do what I usually do.
Prior to being super pregnant (lol) I did the Firm, Power 90, P90X (I guess you can call it the advanced Power 90), Core Secrets, Cathe Friedrich, and others. I belong to several fitness boards and basically people have achieved great results with the line of Beachbody products, including Power 90, but some complain about getting bored and it gets stale. That's why they rotate their workouts.
