Where is Boston are you? We are in Littleton! You should come to some of our DisMeets we do in the area! We are planning one for when Earl of Sandwich opens and then we try to do movies together. We were part of the planning committee for the GKTW fundraiser in July!

I'll friend all those who have sent me requests. I couldn't get on last night as the site appeared to be overloaded!

I'm up on the North Shore, chillaxin and being all uncool. haha. That sounds fun! keep me posted. I'm always interested. Also the episode was CRAZY i loved it. I also loved the petrichor reference.

and Yay Slytherin! I have fully embraced my snakey-ness and i'm going to stock up on goodies when I do my hp/disney trip in two weeks.


on a side note... what the doodles am I supposed to do for casting spells? I don't get it. i press it, it goes two letters then everything falls down. am i not catching it right?

I keep that blog open on my iPhone - I've read it over and over again. I'm just not quick enough! I wish the directions for the potions would stay open while you are brewing - the checking the recipe is what slows me down the most I think.

I am such a nerd I write down the recipe before I start so I don't have to click back and forth! My biggest frustration is that I can't stir counter-clockwise. No matter how many times I do it, it only counts one. That makes it impossible to make the Awakening Potion or the Forgetfulness Potion. Clockwise stirs work just fine. I hope that glitch gets fixed soon.

I was writing them down too! I have done the first part of the Antidote to Common Poisons so many times that I have it memorized. Couldn't get in to finish it TWICE yesterday. Then it told me I had the wrong amount of something - but not until after I had waited the 80 minutes.

This morning I finally got to the second half. I did the counter-clockwise okay, but ran out of time. I'm trying again.

Once you have the potion memorized and can do all the steps it's easy. I can see why so many people only do one potion over and over and over again.


Update: Finished and got 7 house points - Go Gryffindor! Started another before getting kicked out. I blame Peeves.

After you run out of an ingredient you collected, you can go back and collect it again. Save those 10 galleons!

My son's cauldron exploded because it was too hot. Remember to press the blue button to turn it off. He lost house points and had to buy a new cauldron!

Are you allowed to do that? I've been through a few chapters again, and you cannot re-collect things. I haven't looked for potions ingredients though. I'll look now.

Yes, you can re-collect potions ingredients, but only when you have run out.

I collected one of them. But then I messed up the potion so I bought more. One purchase=lots of horns, oh well. Too bad one purchase of bezoar=one bezoar.

We can collect unicorn blood - I didn't see unicorn horn on the list of thing we can collect.

It's good to know that some of the things we purchase will last awhile.
