Potential new member with ???'s

Hello everyone,

I have yet another question for you all before I decide. I want to make sure I get it all.

Let's say I have 150 points with a June use year. Starting with June 2002. I am next going in Dec. 2003. I can bank the June 2002 points by end of November? Then I will have 300 points to use in June of 2003. Now I will need to make those December reservations in January of 2003? Can you make reservations even though you technically have no points available at that time? I assume they have ways of knowing all that?

My next trip will probably be August 2004, so again, in June 2004 I will have another 150 available, will I then be able to borrow from 2005, how early can you borrow? And again, can the reservations be made in September of 2003, even though the points won't be there yet?

I hope this makes sense, and that it doesn't sound totally crazy.

Yes, the reservation goes by the points available in that use year, not the date you make the reservation.

I'm not sure when the absolute earliest time you can borrow would be, but you can definitively borrow from year X+1 when calling to make the ressies for year X. Assuming you have points left to borrow.

Just be sure for your December 2003 (assuming this isn't hypothetical) vacation they use the banked points from 2002 FIRST. They should, but make sure anyway.
