So what do you think Carrot Cake counts as?

I'm going with vegetable...I had to grate a 2 lb bag of carrots to make it, so I'll count it as being healthy

Sorry guys, I voted dessert. Just like my favortie cake (cherry fudge) isn't a fruit. Carrot cake is good though.

Now, let's think about that... Cherries are a fruit. Chocolate comes from a bean. Sounds like the fruit and vegetable food group to me!
