POTD - Wedding!! Now With Directory on Page 1

Yummy! How was your trip? I was thinking about trying Boma in June but I'm too chicken. I'm very picky when it comes to food. :scared:

The trip was great, the weather really couldn't have been better. We spent 3 days poolside, and it was wonderful.

Boma's food is very good. It is buffet, so you don't have to eat anything you don't like. They had a carving station with beef, pork, and chicken; they had 3 or four types of potatoes, 4 types of salads (including regular salad stuff), there was 4 types of pasta ranging from exotic cous cous to meatballs and penne, there was a 5 foot table of fresh fruit, a 10 foot table of desserts :upsidedow; 4 types of yummy soup (2 were spicy and delicious), breads galore....and then we had to eat the cake!!!

I don't have an 'icon' perse...but I'd say Mickey is pretty much as 'iconic' as you can get when it comes to Disney!!! lol

And my bouquet....I made it with silks at home. I wrapped a photo of the sunrise the day DH proposed in the handle under the ribbon, and the silver brooch was my Nana's, who passed away 1 yr before our wedding.

This is one of my favorites because I took it the day we were leaving for the cruise, and our son is just soooooo excited for the cruise, the VR, the characters...everything. I just love him.

This is my favorite of both of us together. We were getting a little slap-happy after having our pictures taken for 2 hours and we really just wanted to be done and get up to our room - LOL! This is the closest we came to a "dip" and were just laughing and having a good time with our photographer. This picture is one of DH's favorites too.

This one is my favorite and I think its funny because its not at our ceremony or reception location plus its not a closeup. That being said, I love it so much because I think the shot truly captures the beauty of that day. For any of you that followed my PJ you know that Kris and I went through a lot of things (car accident, death of his dad, and more) the year we were planning our wedding and in the end we were blessed with a beautiful day. The picture captures the essence of the wedding all in one shot.
