Its just really not fair to not give accurate information in advance. This is really starting to bother me. Don't they care anything at all that families scrimp and save, and wait months, years, LIFETIMES to take a trip to
Disneyland? Things like this could make or break the whole experience for them.

It's just so unprofessional to treat their guests this way, for the amount of money and time that people put into these trips, you think DL could put the same effort into keeping them informed of events, refurbs, etc. So disappointing.
