Just checked the calander today and POTC is listed as going down Feb. 15th. Didn't check to see when it will be up again as it will be down til the end of our trip on the 21st. At least we will get 2 days. I'm sure many will be disappointed :(

I am so disappointed to see that. My entire family enjoys that ride. We were looking forward to riding it because it is a better ride than the one in WDW and this is probaly the last time we will visit Disneyland. We usually go to WDW every year, but we are going to DL this year. It has been four years since our last visit to DL. Space Mountain was down for the big refurbishment when we were there. I can't wait to ride it. We will be there Feb 21 - 28.

Oh please don't let it still be down during Spring Break! It was closed when we were there 3 years ago. Not again!!!!:guilty:

I am not finding any refurbishment information on Disney's website. Can someone please let me know, what source that they are using? TIA! :)

Ah, that would be for your trip. I sure do hope that the schedule remains as is. :)
I am sorry though, for the visitors that will not be able to visit the wildest crew ever set to sail the seven seas, upon their voyage.

This is not happy news for my birthday trip on the 6th and 7th. What are the chances of it opening early?

The possibility of the pirates being ready to head back out to sea, before March 20, 09' may very well be on the horizon. Or, there maybe a soft opening, before the proposed time frame.

It's on the calander that can be found by accessing through the main page. :)

Years ago, The Country Bears' Jamboree closed forever at Disneyland. It was one of the 2 things we were SOOOOO excited to be able to experience at the Magic Kingdom on our recent trip to WDW.

It was closed for holiday decorating. :sad2:

I completely understand the disappointment of an attraction you are looking forward to being down during a rare visit, but trust me... you can still have an amazing vacation. (And yes, I have a picture of the outside of the closed CBJ. ;) )

I was on the Dl site yesterday, there was no info at all. Do You have the link please? TIA

If it's closed again this year, I might just take a picture of it that way. I KNOW this will be an amazing vacation, just spending time with the "kids" going with me will make it so. party:

That is interesting. For this is the same link that I have gone to before, and there was zero information available at the time. Very odd, I can see it now, but a few days ago, that was not the case. I have no idea why. I know how to use this calender. Weird!

Now, I am definitely not seeing anything listed for March, not yet anyway. It would be nice if Dl. could make their calender available much sooner, like WDW apparently does.

I knew something must be up becuase I was sure you had posted about using the calendar before. :surfweb:
