POTC finally got to ride

Well guys I finally got to ride POTC disneyland version yesterday at the cast preview. And Im here to answer whether it is hype or really worth it. Buttom line I say it is really worth it. The jack anamatronics look exactly like him it was almost scary. Although alot of the ride does go around the movie know (youll notice a really cool affect before you go into the boat fight scene) So i say see the movie first or at least the previews. All and all its a wanderful addition and they did keep alot of the original for people who were worried it would be gone forever. Big premiere is Tom and POTC opens to public on monday Have fun guys and its a pirates life for me!

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, as I've only been back checking out the DLR boards for the last couple of days. Do/will they still have FAST PASS for this ride? I thought I had seen some threads about Fast Pass going away for some rides?

Sister and I are bringing a young friend with us to DLR for a 'turn-around' weekend and will only be in the park SAT 7/15 and Pirates is the only thing on my MUST DO list (they have other stuff of their lists). I'm thinking I should bail on the old 'do fantasy land' first tactic and head straight to Pirates.
