POTATO-PEANUT BUTTER SLICES

Leftover mashed potatoes
Confectioners' sugar
Peanut butter

Add confectioners' sugar to mashed potatoes until the dough is no longer sticky. Roll out on a surface dusted with confectioners' sugar. Spread a layer of peanut butter of the dough, then roll up jellyroll style. Slice.
