Potato chips in sub sandwiches?

We used to do that all the time in elementary school...until we tried adding our Chips Ahoy to the mix.

Okay, I'm sitting here eating my Subway sandwich at lunch today. I stuff a grab bag full of potato chips in it (minus the bag) and my cube neighbor looks at me like Im' crazy. Surely, I'm not the only one in the world who does this. Right??

I've done the same, especially if it's a plain sandwich. Makes it a bit more interesting.

My best friend does this. She puts the chips on a few at a time though, not all at once. She's also the one who introduced me to Cole Slaw on sandwiches. I never picked up the chip thing but I LOVE Cole Slaw on sandwiches.

Apparently, there is a place in Pittsburgh, PA that does this. Not only do they add chips onto every sandwich, they also add cole slaw.

I'm lucky I missed that experience when I lived there a few years ago.

Actually they put fries on it. Love the Primanti's sandwiches. Yummy!!!!!

Mmm...plain Lays on a tuna sandwich. I have also been known to make a sandwich out of Lays and cream cheese.

But the best? Pizza and plain Lays - just stick a chip on top of each bite.

If I am eating chips with a sandwich that is lunchmeat or pb&j, I'll do the same thing. I like the crunch.

I also eat banana with sun Chips or tortilla
chips.
