Posting trip reports

I have been trying to post a trip report without success. I am logged in. I typed the report in Word and then copied and pasted into a new thread but it wouldn't paste in. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not too familiar with MS Word. but I'm sure someone else here can give you a hand.

Someone PLEASE help poor Wendy!

I've never had a problem posting from my word processing programs. Simply highlight the text, copy, then paste into an open DIS "topic" window. That's always worked for me.

Sorry Chris I must have sounded desperate!I just wanted to return the favour- I read so many wonderful trip reports that I thought it only fair that I do the same.
Anyway problem solved. Instead of doing it on AOL I have done it on internet explorer. Not sure why it didn't work on AOL but at least I have posted now.

AOL... that explains it then! Glad to hear you got it worked out Wendy. I'll have to look for your reports.

Boy do those three little letters explain a lot. I never think to ask about that. AOL, for as wide spread as it is, and as easy as it is for people to use, sure does create a lot of problems when you want to do more than just surf.
