I don't know whether this actually affects use of DISboards, but the software that says how long ago a posting was made is adding 15 minutes. At least, it's done so for the past two postings I've made to the Disneyland forum in the past 10 minutes.
For example, I made a posting at 8:15 p.m. PST. When I looked at that thread at 8:23, my posting should have said "8 minutes ago," but instead, it said "23 minutes ago." It accurately indicated my posting time when I moused over the "ago" text; just the calculation between then and now was wrong. Screenshot attached.
