Posting pictures?

Please excuse my ignorance, but how do I post a picture in this forum?
When I click on "Insert Image", it wants me to show the URL Address, but my pictures are on my computer, not on a URL. I simply want to browse my HDD and select a photo to post here. Thanks..

Cant post 'em off your hard drive Bro.

They HAVE to be uploaded to a hosting site like photobucket or flickr. It is free and easy but it's the only way. Once there you link their IMG web address.

Each time I try to insert the URL from my photo on Photobucket, I get the error message:
"To be able to post links or images your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 3 posts.

Please remove links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post."

find threads to reply to and get your count up to 10. Then it will work.
