Posting links on trip reports

I have noticed that if I edit the title to my trip report it screws up the links to my actual chapters. I like editing the title when I do an update and I like to keep a table of contents that can direct a reader right to each update. Unfortunately, the minute I edit the Trip Report title the links to the actual updates no longer work.

Anyone know why or how to fix this?
