Posting animated gifs

Not sure if if this the board for this but I figured I'd etleast find somebody here that would know this.So it has been a very long time and the board has changed since I last posted an animated gif. I tried for several hours the other night and could never get the image to show up when I previewed it. HELP can somebody walk me through it, because we all know a post isn't complete w/o something awesome to look at. TIA

It seems the easiest method that works is to post or host the GIF somewhere, or go to a page with a GIF you want to post...then open a new internet browser, go to Disboards, view the two internet pages side by side with the GIF in one, and Disboards reply in the other...and simply click and drag the GIF into your reply.
