Postcard Question

Decided today to book a late Sept. trip, what with the low Southwest airfare. First and last nights staying at the airport, and spending three nights at the Dolphin. Tonight I got home, and had a postcard from WDW, with a rate code for Fort Wilderness campsites. What I'm wondering is, if yu get a postcard promoting one resort, does the code generally only apply to the resort mentioned on the postcard, or will it also get you a discount at other resorts? I got a good rate at the Dolphin, but I could change my mind if the postcard got me a good rate elsewhere.

I'm going to call CRO in the morning, but I thought in the meantime someone on e the boards might have an answer.

I have the exact same postcard (my 1st). I just called and was told it is only good at the campsites! too bad....I refuse to camp! LOL. guess I will Try the swan/dolphin!

Thanks for the quick response scanmom! I wasn't about to camp either! I booked the Dolphin through DreamRes - got a rate of $139/night, with no special qualifications for the discount (I don't qualify for the teacher or nurse rates or anything like that). I thought this was a great rate. Plus, last time I went we stayed at the Boardwalk, and I have to say, the Epcot resorts are soooo convenient. I love being able to walk to Epcot & MGM, and being able to stroll out to the Boardwalk at night!

Now I am thinking of going with the mousesavers rate at the hotel royal plaza at DtD. I can get it for 50.00/nite for our dates! that sounds like a great deal to me! we are going on a last minute Trip labor day weekends...it has to be super budget. I got air tix for 170.00 from tulsa...that is unheard of! It will be a firsd...just me and hubby..no kids...I can hardly wait!
