Postcard came to my house under someone elses name

Has anyone had that happen? And if so have you had any luck using the PIN? I just got off the phone and they said the postcard has to be in my name so I couldn't use it. The person's name on the card is someone who vacationed with us last year who is not a family member and doesn't plan on returning in time to use the PIN.

Same thing happended to us. I told them it was my address and they verified that. So I proceeded to tell them the name on the postcard was my future Daughter in Law who visited with us last year. They let me use the rate. So call back and try again

Thanks! Someone else posted the postcard rate is the same as the general public rate out now so I just booked with that. Glad you were able to use yours!
