I had slight issues with this myself. I bought a necklace/earring set months and months before the wedding and at the last minute I didn't like them. I didn't have time to go get anything else but I think they worked.

I am in the same boat as you...trying to decide on wedding earrings. I found some that I really like on Nordstroms and Bloomingdale's website that are surprisingly affordable and look really nice. I ordered a pair of Nadri earrings. Check them out if you like vintage looking earrings. I also wanted earrings I'd wear again that won't just be bridal jewelry.

Here are mine. I did earrings and a bracelet. I was so sad though because somewhere along the way when we were having our photos done I lost one of the earrings and never found it.

I got my earrings at Tiffany's before I even bought my dress....even before we were officially engaged. I just saw them and knew they were for my wedding. They are 4 diamonds and a pearl. I hope to let all of my younger sisters (3 of them) to wear them on their weddings and have it be something borrowed. I am having a boy this time but if we have a daughter I would love for her to wear them too (and my veil)

This is a good shot of my earrings. They were mickey crystals. DH bought them as a little pre-wedding gift (not his actual wedding gift to me...he just knew I really wanted these for the wedding lol)

They don't match the necklace, but my necklace didnt really match my whole dress...I wore it because it was the same one my Nana wore for her wedding.
