I'm so exicited! I got 5 RT from Pit to Mco for Easter week for a total of $214 each that includes all taxes and fees! Unbelievable!:lmao:

That is a great rate. I paid $239/person for a total of 5 people PHL to MCO the week after Easter.

I still think it is a good rate given other fares for that week. I don't really expect it to go down. I was able to book excellent flight times so I am happy.:thumbsup2

My parent's flight home from their Winter stay in Florida MCO-IND $198.80 for 2 one way tickets for travel on 3/19/08. My mom was happy with the price (although their DING! next week was $80.80 for 2 one way tickets :)!).

WOW..I was not prepared for these rates! I purchased tickets from MHT to FLL April 19-April28 at about $325/pp including all the taxes. I was not familiar with the new pricing levels either. I CAN"T BELIEVE HOW FAST THE PRICES GO!!! I was putting in my payment info and lost my rate! How does that happen????

Manchester to FLL (for a cruise) April 18-April 26. Times are good, prices are more than I expected to pay but still less than everyone else! $363.70 per person. (Last year, basically same dates from Manchester $145.00 per person. Bit of an increase in a year!)
:headache:

chgo $201 each way for easter :scared1: i was checking SW on the hour every hour for them to extend to may and i just checked the fare :sad2:

Long Island, NY to MCO in March $131
MCO back to LI $121

However, that is because we are coming home one day early. The day I wanted was well over $200 for the return trip. I swear I saw $99, and all of a sudden it was over $200. They probably had 2 seats for $99!

anyway, I am glad it is done.

I got $104 ($228/rt) from PVD!! :thumbsup2

My mother misunderstood the Each Way part and was trying to get me to book the business select rate. Till I told her that the round trip total was $1097! Then she understood. haha

I was happy because I had a $160 to use towards my part of the airfare! I only owe her $68 now! YAY!

178 more days!!! :hourglass

I got one way from SDF (louisville, ky) to MCO for $100.00 on May 9th,
2008. I am OK with this fare but I will certainly be watching my Dings for a lower price as the time draws nearer.

$209 R/T from Baltimore for Easter week. Better than I thought it would be.

We got $198 RT from San Antonio to MCO. Bought them right when SW opened up for November. I have seen a ding for only about 10 less so far. So I think we did pretty well!

Manchester, NH $89 /person one-way :thumbsup2

Now I have to wait for the return dates to open up! And there's always the chance of a DING! :rolleyes1

Chicago 3/22 - 3/29 MDW - MCO $440pp total including tax for 5 of us - total $2204.00 OUCH! :headache:

Anyone care to share their tricks on how to get refunds from Southwest If/When the fares ever go down? :rolleyes1

$240 from ISP to MCO. Delta was actually cheaper and we would have had a free ticket but we may have to cancel and there is no change fee on SW so it made it worth it.

We got $208 RT total for 4 people out of Washington for Easter Week. Magical Express here we come :thumbsup2

:cool1: If I would have flown at the crack of dawn both ways, I probably could have brought it down to about $960.

I got April week with weekend to/from for 310 p/person, while the rest of the family tried to get same flights and got bumped out before the credit card went thru.
They lost out twice! Each time with another increase.
So, they wound up taking a later flight and paid $398. p/person in all of 2 minutes.
Those flights went so fast, our heads were spinning!!!!
We'll just hope some Dings come our way!

For a holiday week with weekend travel at times I wanted, at $310, I'm okay with it, but would be welcome to save some money!
Good Luck everyone!

Wow! That is scary. I was a bit surprised at how high the prices were from MDW. My dates haven't been released yet May 15-20, but I am worried. Airtran has $99 each way right now and I am tempted to go ahead and book. I am thinking that SW wont release the rest of May until January. I will not be amused if the fares open high again and the $99 Airtran is gone.

We were lucky enough to get $129 going down since I took a flight the night before (get in 10:30pm -- hope to get a cheap hotel at the airport), but we also paid $201 coming home. I had a cheaper flight on Saturday 3/29, but by the time I got my rapids reward card from my purse, but page had refreshed and all the rates jumped!!

OMG!! I was NOT expecting this -- we have never paid more than $99/each way from Chicago.

We are flying my dad home to house sit for us while we are gone on our cruise..I got $109 each way! Oh and its Las Vegas to Manchester
