Post your SW Airfare!

Booked round trip from San Antonio to MCO and for a family of 6 I think I got a good deal :rolleyes1
$172 round trip per person = $$ 1033 for the six of us....
:cool1::cool1::cool1:

is that 119$ total including all taxes and security fees??

It was 300.80 for the two of us that includes all fees and taxes. Last year we drove and spent a good 500.00 and
took us 2 to go down and 3 back we had to site see a bit but this year I just want to get at it...Added one more day today and changed my flight day as well still got the good deal

:confused3 I'm new to SW (Milwaukee market) so I don't know the "game" yet. Does everyone get the best deal buying flights as soon as they are available or by waiting for a sale to come along? What are "ding" prices exactly and how much lower are they than posted prices?

Oh my gosh! I am flying from OKC....fares are $197 each way right now. I check about a month ago and they were $125 but didn'tk now they would change so fast so I didn't book. They were $197 the next day. :( Do I have any hope of them going down? I am checking multiple times a day and have seen no changed in a month.

All I know is I usually book on opening day, and during the time between that and the actual trip I occassionally check fares - they always go down and I always get a refund.
Now that I didn't book ASAP, I am just waiting for return trip to go down.
If fares don't go down by mid-August, I'll just book. I'm sure if they don't sell enough seats by that time, they'll lower the rates.

Just checked my flights for BWI to MCO on December 13th and they went down from $77 to $59 so we got a $54 credit. The return flight on December 19th went up. I'll take the credit. :)

Tried booking online on 4/16 and kept getting error messages, so I phoned SW and I got 4 roundtrip non-stop flights PHL-MCO-PHL 9/25 depart and 10/4 return for $556.80 (including taxes).

Detroit to MCO in October, $203.40 inclusive. I got a $59 flight from Detroit to Orlando nonstop, and a $109 flight from Orlando to Detroit with a layover in St. Louis (new airport for me). I could have gotten $59 both ways, but I didn't want to leave WDW at 8:00 AM. My AP expires that day, so I want to get in some park time!

It's not the cheapest fare I could have gotten, but between the timing of the flights and the cost other carriers charge for checked bags, it became the best for me.

We got the $59 each way from Philly to MCO. Total $696. for 5 RT tix. :thumbsup2 ( Bags fly free! and DS 1 flies free. )

Southwest has a price now online from New Orleans to Orlando 169.00 roundtrip. Can anyone comment on how this prices fares? My thinking is they maybe the lowest it will go.

Buffalo to MCO for the 4 of us return was 556.00 wow I m so glad that I went online and booked as soon as they opened up the fares. We go November 27 and fly back on December 7th:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Wow! That's great! I got $69 down /$99 back from Philly to MCO for a total of $756.80 RT for 4 people for 11/14-11/21.

Well that is weird because for 3 days our prices were all flights up and back 59.00 each way. Last year my daughter bought hers when they first came out and they never went lower but only went higher. But they are 30.00 cheaper this year. Last year it was cheaper to drive to Austin Texas than to fly out of Dallas. This year it is the opposite. same distance for us to drive either way.
