This is my favourite corned beef recipe but you must plan ahead a bit. In total it takes 6 hours or so with the soaking included.
Saint Patricks Roasted Corned Beef
Ingredients
For Corned Beef
3 to 4 pound Corned Beef
Bake Pan
½ cup granulated sugar
Method
Take corned beef out of package and soak in water for at least 2 hours(to remove some of the saltiness). Take out of water and place on a broiler pan or elevated oven rack. Roast Corned Beef in a preheated 275 oven for 3.5-4 hours. Sprinkle sugar over corned beef and cook an additional 30 minutes. Take out of oven and slice. Dig in!
And this is the Soda Bread that I making now. Again, you should plan ahead a bit. This is from allrecipes. I havent made it yet so no reviews yet
