Starting this thread because I like others am always looking for recommendations.

CBR room 5317 (Aruba) king corner room right around from the laundry and village pool. Loved it!

Hi there!

We've stayed at the AKL it is so wonderful. The music, the animals, the cast members, the atmosphere...everything! The rooms are a little on the dark side, but that's just keeping with the theme of it all.

We've also tried the Contemporary - South Wing That was great too!
The best part, the size of the room and the monorail...fast & quick. almost Everything you need is in this resort...plus they have the biggest and best arcarde for the kiddies.

Don't remember any room numbers :bounce:

BWI - #5304 Great view of Epcot including SSE, Earful Tower, and Illuminations and just far enough from the Lobby,Pools, and Boardwalk

CR - #4446 - 8th Floor Tower, MK View - need I say more

We had a great room location at WL. 5001. It was at the end of a hall so very quiet and our balcony faced the lake. Wishes was to our left and the geyser was to the right.

Hi, just got back from 6 days/5 nights staying at Beach Club Villa.

Room # 414.

I got what we requested..non smoking and facing the pool. I was thinking SAB pool, but it was the quiet pool (which is the only pool for the villas).

We checked in about 12:30 and our room was ready.

Our room was right across from the laundry room which was very convienent. It was also right off the elevators.

We got settled in on Sunday evening and I went downstairs and bought a 6 pack of coke ($6.00) and turned the refrig. on. Within a couple hours we had a god awful smell in our room. I couldn't quite figure out what the smell was. Finally I figured out that it was the frig. and called down to the front desk. It was about 10 pm by this time and housekeeping came up and pretty much just agreed that the smell was bad and she would get engineering up. Well I was to tired to wait up so I told her just to have them come in the morning. They did and they plugged something (not sure what it was, looked liked like a charger) and the smell eventually faded away...after about another 36 hours or so.

With DVC (I am not a member, just rented points) you only get housekeeping once, which was fine. But they didn't come until Thursday afternoon? We had been there since Sunday and were leaving on Friday. Thought that was a little weird.

Overall Beach Club was nice and SAB is very nice. My 3 and 5 year old loved the pool, but I would never ever pay that kind of price to stay there. We got a deal when we rented the points, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there. I could never justify $350 + a night for there.

P.S. Beach and Cream is nice, but it is always PACKED. I was wondering why they don't take the arcade out next door and expanded.

Hope this helps

If I can remember correctly you have to cut and paste from the "ezBoard" selection.

CBR 2549

In Martinique, close to food court, pool, marina, view of the Martinique beach, corner room so it had an extra window....

wonderful... and my kids insist that we have to go to CBR again on our next trip, and that's after staying at WL and AKL before!

Nice because it was close to the elevators, but also not nice because of the noise from there.

Pleasant view of the villas and the villas pool.

Closet smelled awful of stinky feet!

Two double beds, nice size room with balcony.

Room 5342 in Sago Cay at the GF. Beautiful view of the Castle. Could lay in bed and watch fireworks, castle changing colors and EWP.

All Star Movie resort
Toy Story Section
Woody side
bottom floor room #9709

Swan rooms 492 & 692. Amazing panaromic views of Epcot, the Swan Courtyard, the Dolphin, the YC/BC/BW areas. Great view of Illuminiations, especially from 692! And they were very roomy, luxurious oversized "studio" rooms :teeth:

Dolphin room 5015. This room located at the end of the furthest east wing at the Dolphin had a balcony on one side and a window on the other. We would watch the boats go by right under our window. Amazing views of Crescent Lake, the YC/BC/BW and Swan. Great view of Illuminations and Epcot. Very roomy oversized king room with a second oversized balcony overlooking the lake and the Swan (very private too) :earboy2:!

Just back from the Beach Club. Room 2569 was great! Full balcony, view of garden, lake and volleyball court, boardwalk and SAB ship. We booked standard, but got much more! Our Mousekeeper's name was Rosa and she was amazing. We came back to a new surprise each day. Towel animals, a red rose and a new "adventure" for my daughter's stuffed animals! The rrom was spotless and roomy enough for five. Two Queens and a daybed-which my 17 year old proclaimed comfortable. It was 7 nights of comfort! It was just a ten minute walk to Epcot and 5 to the Boardwalk. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else! :flower: ::MickeyMo :earsgirl:

POR- RM#2738, Second floor and corner room. The room was located on the side of the building away from the main walkway. We loved it, our view was of lush vegetation.

CBR Jamaica 4553. Second floor corner room, very bright and pleasant, faced the lagoon and was right at the end of the footbridge to Old Port Royale. Very short and pleasant walk to OPR. The quiet pool was close by, and the bus stop was just behind us. Bus transportation was very efficient with very short waits. We found the location to be very quiet, which I think is in part due to the outside walkways and the lack of interior corridors. I find that interior corridors only serve to amplify and echo every sound and conversation. We never heard anyone else, unless they were having a conversation just as they walked by our door. We've stayed at the Poly and CR as well and honestly prefer CBR.

POP room 0352. Right by the Big Wheel and close to the food court and buses. That was a plus in itself. Wonderful resort. A great way to relive the past and remember the "good ole days". Definately will be going back there again. :goodvibes

WL 6119 and 6121. :flower:

These were not connecting but my kids are older so it didn't matter. 6121 was a bunk bed room. I loved the courtyard view of the falls and the begining of the pool. Off to the far right you could see Bay Lake and the ELP but we really enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. :sunny:

Wonderful Courtyard View room. Looking out towards Bay Lake, the pool, geyser, and nightly electic parade were at you feet. It was off the main corridor so traffic was low and all was quiet, but still only 20 paces from the elevator. Artist Point was right below us, with a window looking down onto the restaurant just outside the door, in the hallway. Room was two queens. Laundry facilities were on the 1st floor just off the elevator.

Couldn't have asked for a better room !!!
