It's located at MGM on Sunset Blvd. The building houses the sweets and a gift shop themed to villains and Fantasmic! - it's on your way to ToT.

Yes, anyone can order a dessert sampler as long as it's offered at that restaurant. Prices vary according to restaurant. The platter at the Yachtsman is $11. You can check www.allearsnet.com for prices at other restaurants.
