Tuna Nicoise Salad-prepared medium-rare with mixed greens, Romaine lettuce, fingerling potatoes, green beans, Kalamata Olives, and tomatoes tossed in a caper vinaigrette served with black olive bread, along with an alcoholic beverage, whose name i forget
Tomato-Basil Soup & Orecchiette Pasta of the Day, along with a berry smoothie
Cobb Salad for Two with chopped greens, turkey breast, egg, bacon, tomatoes, bleu cheese, avocado, chives and Cobb dressing (after it's all mixed together)
Stir Fried Noodles-- these were delicious. DD-13 had them at least 3 times. I had them twice, my dad twice... Not the Sweet and Sour sauce that Kona has changed theirs to. It is a big bowl and very filling. DD never finished 2/3 of it.
Polynesian Salad with Chicken-- again, a large portion with lovely flavors.
Kids Steak and Green Beans. The steak was done just as my niece asked and the beans were hot, yet crisp tender. Plenty for her (10 yrs old), it also came with a side (option) of the cheddar soup and she had a kid's sundae after.
Mixed Field Greens-- This salad was huge and only $6.99. Quite remarkable and delicious. 2 at our table-- both identical.
Seared Salmon on Frisee-- the salmon was done perfectly and generous portions for a salad. I didn't care for the Frisee however. It was pure Frisee, not a blend so it seemed a bit "fuzzy" and too bitter.
I have no photo for the Cast Iron Seared Trout, but it was 2 very thin filets, not a whole fish as we imagined it would be. Pretty sparse on the plate (picture it... )
I wish I had taken more photos here, the presentations were beautiful and the food the best we had anywhere in 10 days at WDW. Unfortunately it was so good, we ate it to fast to take many pics...
Sand in Your Pants-- described as a combo of a strawberry daiquiri and a pina colada. My cousin got this and I had a sip. I don't drink alcohol at all (just choice) and this was smooth and delicious. It took all I had not to order one. Terrific!!
Make it Yourself Sundae- I noticed that on the 3 sundaes my DD made at varying TS places, the toppings varied. Actually this was quite nice as it made for a bit of change.
Well... luckily my mom and dad sent us a fruit basket (not a good value-- lots of money through Room service--don't recommend...) and with it were 4 place settings including a steak knife in each! So we cut it in 1/2 and then had slices. Then on our last night DD just dove in to the other 1/2. I stepped in Reese's PB Cup crumbs all evening... But you do have a legitimate concern about "how-to". I will say the pretzel rods were perfect to munch on...
