We were in line with you waiting for the Princess's breakfast that morning and you were seated just on the other side of the rest.

I just love all of your pictures. Can't wait for more.

Cool! Which ones were you?

We really did enjoy this meal, with the exception of the fact that they seated us in a second room to accomodate our group (13) and we didn't get to see the princesses until after we were pretty much done eating.
[All of the other people who arrived with us seemed to be seated in the first room the princesses went to.]
I guess that's the price you pay for seating a big group. Sigh.

They brought out GF waffles for my 2 who can't have wheat, and that pleased them.

Food was good, but we were glad it was free, because they definately charge you extra for the princesses! :thumbsup2

We were right in front of you in the line waiting to go in actually we talked for a minute but that was it. we all walked back together too. We were sat right next to a pole next to the serving area.

That's awesome! I am sure if it had registered with me that you were a DIS'er, I would have made more of a mental note. I am sure you remember us because of our striking good looks! [It couldn't be the sheer horrifying numbers! LOL]

Here's a few more pics for today (lest I get in trouble for chit chatting LOL):

Cosmic Ray's -
Kid's chicken nugget meal, with cosmic chips (homemade potato chips), chocolate pudding, and Kid's grilled chicken salad meal, with carrots, and both had chocolate milk. I think they both had pudding too, but I don't know where the one went? Also carrot and chocolate cake from adult meals.

Turkey bacon wrap with tomato. This was DELICIOUS! And huge. I shared it with dh. Side of apple slices. With a fountain drink.

I was blown away by how controlled you have all of your children:rotfl2: they were very well behaved. Great Job!!:thumbsup2

More Cosmic Ray's:

Grilled chicken sandwich with toppings. Pasta salad (looks like mushrooms, but it's a shell like pasta.) Chocolate milk. DD said sandwich was dry, salad was good but sour.

This has repeat stuff, but also an iced coffee, kid's fountain drink, and the kid's chocolate chip cookie. The carrot cake here was the absolute best we had all week, much better than Pop Century's.

Kid's grilled chicken salad, with a little ranch dressing. LOL
Chocolate pudding, grapes.

We LOVED Cosmic Ray's. One of the best counter service we've had. My mom got the 1/2 chicken with carrots and mash potatoes, which was good but huge. Forgot to take a pic.

I'm blushing! We try.
Actually, I always say we have never had a problem with them at a restaurant, because they are all about the food. :lmao:

Glad to have a good report. We'd like people to see that big families are not scary. :wizard:

Hollywood and Vine - Play and Dine - Lunch

A mixed plate

IMG_0293.jpg

They had really unusual dishes here, including a pork roast in wine sauce (my mom loved it, I didn't), and mediteranean chicken (liked that!), and it took me my second trip up to the buffet to realize the names of them were up above. (I couldn't find them at first. I blame lack of sleep.)
Sorry I didn't get any more pics here, there was some family drama going on. Sigh.

Here is a plate from Chef Mickey's - Mickey ravioli, broccoli, cornbread stuffing with dried cherries (awesome!), some sort of meat (?), roasted potatoes, glazed baby carrots, and chicken pot pie (also very tasty.)
Edited to add: The spot where there are a few green peas had held a VERY delicious penne carbonara with bacon and green peas. Mmmmmm.

You can barely see the bottom of my non-alcoholic pina colada smoothie, which was the most delicious drink I had all week (far better than the real pina colada I had at Pop century) and although it was not included in the dining plan this time, it is well worth the $.

Oh, wait, I found a pic of the smoothie!
Also mac and cheese.

More later!

Coral Reef
Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Israeli Couscous
Both DH and I did not like this at all. It was flavorless.

Okay 2 questions

1st one is that the carmel sundae??

2nd one Where did you get your Dis visor at???/ I would love to buy one.

Yes, that's a caramel sundae, and yes, it was delicious.
I got the DIS visor by being a DIS sponsor-it was the sponsorship gift (as well as pins, if I remember correctly). I really wanted that visor, so I made sure I sponsored at that level. To the best of my knowledge, the visor's not for sale anywhere.

How do you sponsor??? apparently I missed that section.:scared1:

Same here!

Does anyone know if Ghirardelli at DTD has the same menu as the one in San Francisco? (I know that it is a longshot questions, but it doesn't hurt to ask, huh?)

I'm pretty sure it's close, if not the same. I know we had the same thing there that we order here.

Love th WC @ WL it is sooo good never miss it. Just the two of us. Lot of fun things going on.

Pizza Planet
We should have taken pics BEFORE eating, but we were starving.
