this was the finale of a 20 minute game of charades with alice, the mad hatter, and the queen of hearts. they each took turns acting out a disney movie, character, ride, or attraction. this was their version of the 3 ghosts at the end of the haunted mansion.

the mad hatter was awesome, he kept guessing "splash mountain" for everything alice did, even if it was a movie. or he would guess something like "you're checking your deodorant!" one time he acted out a ride by closing his eyes, snoring, and walking really slowly. it was "small world, from the parents perspective!!!"

i normally wouldnt post pics of strangers, but since you can only really see the back of her head ill post this. mickey was playing peek-a-boo with this woman on the hollywood backlot. he then took her hand and skipped off with her.

Great pictures! You have to be a very special kind of person to be one of those characters in my opinion. The demands must be so high, and yet to be able to make people, young and old so happy, what a special gift. When you see them interact like this, well, that's what Disneyland is all about.

My grandson was in line to see Captain Hook a few years ago, right when he got to the front of the line, Captain Hook started to walk away. Poor little guy! So he called out, "Captain Hook! Wait!" and Captain Hook came back and shook his hand and showed him his hook and his sword...made my grandson's day...and mine too. It was awfully sweet of him to come back like that for a little 3 year old fan. I have some adorable pictures of it, when I am able to, I'll be posting them!

we happened upon this game near the teacups at about 1:15pm. alice invited us to the musical chairs game, but we had to go back for naps. we were actually headed back when we came upon this game, and it was so much fun i decided naps could wait.
