I tried to back into the room rates without tax, and I came up with a 38% savings using the Disney Visa code.

Oh I ran the trip at the All Stars, too, it gave me ASSPorts for a little over $1900. I could also get 9 nights at WL courtyard for about 3600. For AKL Savannah View with bunk beds (all the had) for 8 nights (again all they had) it was about $3800.

I still haven't booked, airfare for the two of us is looking to be at minimum $750 flying out of LA so must include the $100+ to get to LA or the $150 plus to drive to LA and park there..... Trying to decide but DBF REALLY really wants to go.

Thank you - I'm so dumb sometimes. I'm typing that we have 1 day park tix, but forgetting to back them out of the total. We usually do room only reservations and get our tix thru undercover tourist so the package thing is a new one for me. May even try the dining plan this time...
