This went down from $2931 at rack rate, so even with the extra $130 for a child's AP, we're still saving $800. But............and I know this has been asked a million times, can I use a child's AP to get the AP room discount? My CM this morning was not very nice ("what do you mean, a code next to your name? What kind of code are you looking for?" "um, a discount code?") so I didnt' ask her, but can anyone tell me please?

I have a reservation at the WL for Dec13-16. Was hoping to get a better rate with the AP but did not. I booked at $215 per night (plus tax) so I didn't think I would do better so I left it. Wanted to stay in the MK area. The agent said to try again maybe something would open up.

Hooray!! My DU agent emailed me at 10:15 this morning (just found it when I got home from work - been on pins and needles all day!) that she got us the general public pkg. code for mine and my in-laws GV rooms at the GF from 11/10 to 11/17 - we saved about $1000 each!

This is the first WDW discount we've been able to score since our November 2004 trip, and since that week in November is no longer Value, I really needed this discount! Yay!!!

Kind of hard to tell what the discount is since it's just on the room portion of a package w/ tickets and sometimes dining. Does anyone know the actual general public discount they're offering on the room right now?
