this thread is not to meke people feel belittled in any way, people work hard and should be proud of it, so with that said, whats your degree in, certificate in or your trade, Do you have a Phd in life? if so lets us know.

Actually since I had my dd almost 5 years ago, I only sub. It is great money without all the lesson plans and paperwork and it still keeps fresh in the classroom. :teacher:

BA in Criminal Justice

That kind of stuff has always been interesting to me. :thumbsup2 I have no formal secondary degree, I am really into all things Medical and have my big medical reference book at home by the Mayo Clinic (Dh got it for me one Christmas) and I love all things travel. Just started my own home-based business as a travel agent and I love researching and learning new things about it. I do have a "diploma" from the Disney College of Knowlege. I'm just really starting to find out what I want to be when I grow up (and I just turned 35!). But if I ever go back and get my college degree it will be in something like forensic anthropology (CSI here I come!). :rotfl:

Formally, I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with emphasis in Interior Design. HES is PC for Home Economics. :rotfl:

I have a Bachelors of Music in historical musicology with a minor in vocal performance. I am one class (Renaissance history) short of a specialization in early music.

DH has a Bachelors of Science in computational physics, a Masters in nuclear physics, and half a PhD in nonlinear dynamics (he dropped out).

I have a BS in Biology, and a MS as a physician assistant. I also am a certified firefighter / paramedic

I have a BA in Psychology.

So naturally I create database logic for a living...

Historical musicology? That's an interesting one. DS is a music performance major, minoring in music theory and I thought that was "unique", but historical musicology is a new one on me. I suspect since you live in Austin, you got this at UT (Hook "Em Horns)?

I'm pretty plain-BS in Math, MEd in Adult Education. DH has a BS in Ceramic Engineering with a professional certificate in Industrial Management.

I have a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. I also have two minors, one in Engineering Management, and the other in Finance.

I'm gearing up for my MBA next year. :)

I have an AB in Economics and a JD. I sit home, clean house, do dishes, and cook dinner. :confused3

Hey! I have a BA in Sociology, and I do computer programming/database stuff too! I've never used the Sociology.

I feel so uneducated. I have an AAS in nursing and have been a RN for 19 yrs

I have a BS in Agriculture/Parks and Recreation with a minor in Horticulture.
Also have a certificate from the Cliff Mann school of Design.

I did work at Yellowstone National Park for 2 summers while in College (Best job I ever had).

Currently working as a Floral Manager in a local shop. Been there since 1988 and I'm ready to do something else.

No, DH was working on his PhD here in Austin at UT. We spent our undergrad at Florida State. Historical musicology is really a very fancy name for music history. The other musicology is ethnomusicology, or world music.

I have a BFA in Theatre Performance, and have completed most of my MFA, with a vocal minor. I have been a teacher, an actress, a costume designer, a flight attendant, Artistic Director of a children's theatre, and most recently...a full-time SAHM mom.

DH has a BA in European History, and an MBA.

We are both members of MENSA.

I am still in school, too. I changed my major after 7 years in double majoring in biology and psychology. I guess I was :confused3 . lol... Now I am earning a BS in Finance with a Certificate in International Studies and minor in Math. Then I plan to earn my JD/MBA.

My dh has a BS in mechanical engineering and works as a contract engineer.

I only have a BSCE (that's a BS in Civil Engineering), and I have my Professional Engineers license.

I am currently a project manager for several road construction projects in my City. I also do some small design projects (intersections mostly, I just don't have the resources or time for the "big" projects).
