$238.50 -- that's the Florida resident rate we got for the Boardwalk for Memorial Day weekend. Tax included.
I had reservations at Coronado Springs Resort but couldn't get any discounts applied to it.
The Boardwalk is more $$, but it's a pretty good deal!

Your rate is pretty good. I don't think the rates will change now, or that it will make a difference if you add on more nights.

This will be our first time at the Boardwalk Inn. We were at the GF last November, but we're bringing my parents along on this trip and thought that the Epcot resorts provided a more convenient location. I think they'll love walking around the BW area with our 2 y/o DD. Right now, I'm considering switching over to the Dophin or Swan because of the great rates they're currently offering. Does anyone know if the D/S typically provides good rates or if it's a temporary thing? I'm just wondering if the extra $$ for the BWI is worth it compared to the D/S? Thanks!

With an Annual Pass, you can get those rates during the summer for Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge, but not the other deluxes (though the Contemporary wings might be around there). Sometimes even the Room Only codes available to anyone get near that amount.

Now, I'm going to Disneyland next summer, and I can only pray I can get the Disneyland Hotel for a rate near that!!

We just got $214 +tax at the boardwalk Villas Studio

For June 10-13 was cheaper to pay for it than it was to use points Since (we did not have any left...)

And since we have the other 2 nights booked on points for a perferred view im sure that the nice folks at the boardwalk will let us Stay All 3 in the same room....
