We are early dinner eaters as you can tell, we usually skip lunch and just eat a light snack. So the Free Dining works out great for us!!
I can't wait 90 more days

I just called and got everything we wanted! Online wouldn't work at all for me this morning (still can't get the calendar to work even though my ressie shows up?) anyway, calling in was not a problem at all, so to those of you still waiting to make ressie's don't stress if you don't get through right away -yeah I know easier said than done

10/1 - Garden Grill 5:35 (wanted 5:30)
10/2 - Kona 7pm
10/3 - Le Cellier 7pm (exact time asked for!!)

I got up at 3:30AM (PST) to make my ADRs. I used the online system, which worked great for me. I had to swap 2 restuarants, but it was in the same park and it won't mess up my planned park days. There are 3 days of just breakfast/dinner so I can graze around the EPCOT food booths. I have Deluxe Dining (upgraded from free dining!) and I'm going right at the start of F&W- I maybe be crazy.

I couldnt' book the Gardenview Tea online, so I called at 4:42AM for that and was told my wait time would be 30 minutes. It was pretty much to the minute and the CM helped me quickly book it. I used the 30 minute hold time to write down all my confirmation #, have them emailed to me, and enter them in my spreadsheet, so the hold time didn't seem that bad.

I booked our ADR's this morning for the rest of our trip and we got everything we wanted for either the exact time, or within 15 minutes of our 'ideal' time! I am so excited right now ~ I am so thankful that it all worked out so nicely!!

We're early diners as well, so we didn't get HDDR because only the later shows were available for the days we wanted. The bright side is that it did free up some TS meals since I really wanted to try Kona & WCC. Here's what I got:

9/25- Kona 5:15pm
9/26- WCC 4:40pm (tried for 5:30, but it was this or 7pm for 8 people)
9/27- Ohana 10:50am & 1900 Park Fare 5:10pm
9/28- Yak & Yeti 12:00pm
9/29- Akershus 8:00am

I did have to use a credit card to reserve Akershus, which I was not expecting. All in all, I really liked the online ADR system.

What a relieve! I had huge problems. I woke up at 6am to do my first day online since I booked through a travel agent the system won't bring up my ressie #. I called at 7am got through in 8 mins, did all my adrs except 2, she hung up on me (40 mins being on the phone), I called back, on hold for 20 mins, all my adrs were gone, she re-did all of them, I got off the phone at 9am. Seriously 3 hours for ressies is along time. Can I go back to bed

Well I did get every restuarant I wanted just not all at the right time but I am not complaining about that!

So here is what I got:

Sept 29 - Breakfast Akershaus 8:20 (perfect)

Called on the button at 7 am this morning. Booked the trip through Small World Vacations, so couldn't use the online system. It didn't matter. Got through immediately with zero wait. The experience was flawless, and we got everything we wanted at every time we wanted, with 1/2 hour either way:

I decided to let our travel agent book for us because well I've never done it and it was nice to sleep in and check my email for results We are a family of four with DD 4 and DS2 and this is all of our first trips to DW so we made it all about them when making ressies! We got

Wow, Chef Mickey's for lunch? Good to know this! Another thread was saying the Chef Mickey's for lunch ended sometime in August. This might be good information for other posters to know! Hmm... decisions, decisions, I'll keep this as a back-up since we did Chef Mickey's last time around and it was a blast!

I was not expecting to get a sit in the castle at all!!! I took it even though it was not a day that I was planning to go to Magic.

I was up at 4:45 am central to input my phone and reservation #s online. I'm happy to report that the online system worked pretty well for me. There were some oopsies, but that was my fault. I blame it on that fact that it was 5am! I was done by 5:45, and that was with fixing two mistakes and browsing around a bit.
