Just called today (April 3rd) to book our ADR's. Le Cellier is booked for all dinners for all nights Sept. 12th - Sept. 21st. It's months away so will keep calling and hope for a cancellation. We did this last year and got every one of our desired ADR's eventually.

The same thing happend to us. I called the day that I could book and everything was taken except for 8:50 p.m. at Le Cellier. I took it because it's our Honeymoon and my fiance made me promise him we would go there. I asked them how everything could be booked already since it was the first day reservations could be made. They stated that since they started the 180 days + 10 days out everything has been booking up. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with the plan they have simply because it's not fair to everyone, and I truly don't think I'm alone with that feeling. I have been calling every day seeing if there was any cancellations, none yet, but keeping my fingers crossed something earlier will open the close we get to the date.

We booked on our 180 day mark too and all we could get for Le Cellier was 4:20pm for 5 people. I even called at 6am CST which is 7am EST and there was nothing earlier nothing later I was really surprised that everything was taken. I don't think the way Disney has it set up is very fair. There is no way that these restaurants should be full on your 180 day mark.
