Post your 4/3 & 5/2 rates here!

You only get 3 nights free so for 11 nights it would be buy 8 get 3 free.

Could you book 4/3 for the first 7 nights and then a room only with AAA discount for last 4 nights so you don't need to buy more tickets?

AWESOME Idea! We were trying to figure out a way to get an even bigger saving. I truly appreciate you posting this idea - you're the best!

Congrats to everyone on a great deal!!!!:thumbsup2

Cheapest way to go for five people is one room Port Orleans Riverside with the trundle bed. With free dining we're at $3177 2A, 3C (14, 9, 7) 9 days park hopper, POR preferred room, Nov. 18-26. I called about 4/3 but FD is a better deal with 3 adult eaters.

Jan 3-13
ASMu family suite
2 adults, 3 children (11,6,4)
dining plan + 10 day hopper tickets
$5375 original price
$4745 discounted price
savings of $630

Still seems SOOO expensive!! Especially compared to all the folks whose trips are under $2000. I guess 3 kids, staying 10 days, plus DS counts as an adult for park tickets and dining, it adds up fast! I have my fingers crossed that I will get a pin for free dining or maybe it will become another offer. I tried to comparison price a jr. suite at CSR, but was told there were no availablities for that time period.
(Also changed original plans from Jan 2-12 to 3-13 to avoid paying $370 for the room on 1/2. Staying one night at Orlando Vista in a kid's suite on 1/2 for $86. That will be our travel day. We can walk to DTD for dinner and exploring that night, as well as being rested and ready for a FULL day of Disney on the 3rd!!)

We have 4 adults by Disney standards and are booked at BWI 11/22-29. Just to see if it might be better, I called yesterday and saved $174 over free dining by switching to the 4/3. The CM even seemed a little surprized! But, considering the time we are going (part regular & part peak season), the 4/3 deal was better for a deluxe resort.

Glad for savings of any kind! :goodvibes

I just checked online and the AKL CL room I booked when the 4/3 deal was announced here isn't available now. I am so excited I got that room right when it came out!

I haven't stayed at GF but I really love the Poly. I like that you can walk to the TTC from Poly to catch the Epcot monorail.

We haven't taken advantage of the 4/3 or 5/2 deal because we had FD instead... I thought I would post our rate with FD just for people to compare...

I was excited to get the deal at all considering our dates go past 3/27. Any savings is a good deal as far as I'm concerned since we can't change our trip dates. :) Forgot to add that we will be bringing home 2--8 day hoppers for a future trip (value $615.58) since my girls already have tickets.

Just booked Feb 5 - Feb 14 at the Caribbean standard view.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but...

On the Disney site where you book the offer, do you put down four nights and they add three on that for you or do you put down your entire stay and they take off the cost of three nights?

I'm thinking of 14 nights total and wondering how i check this.

Also i am an AP so how does this deal do for me?

Cheers from England.

We are booked 2/13 to 2/21 at POP in standard room. 2 adults 2 kids 8 day MYW with park hopper option only regular dining plan. Total after discount was 3006.42. original price was 3534.18....Know there is a savings there, but that seemed high to begin with. I realize that the rates go up for these dates, but that seems like alot. We went spring break this year with the 4/3 at the POP in preferred room with same amount of people and same dining for same length of stay and paid just over 2000.00 total. I am terrible with the numbers.....can someone help??

Me too.....not to happy with this deal, almost sorry I already booked the airline tixs!

Jan 3-10,2010
POR Standard View
2 Adults & 2 Kids (ages 11 & 13 years)
7 Day ParkHopper Passes
No Dining

$1874.36

Staying 3/26-4/3 at CSR orginally $4200 now about $3900
But hubby did it and I think we lost water park and more and when we add it back in it will be the same as before so something is not right. :confused3
We have the DDP too. must call again tomorrow.

Put in 7 nights. You could purchase 2 packages for 14 nights.

When are you going? Which resort? Do you already have AP's? How many in your party.

You have to purchase 4 day tickets to qualify for this deal. I already have AP's but still booked this deal and will save the tickets for a future trip. This only really works for a small party size (we are just 1 adult/1 child) and an expensive deluxe room.

AP discounts are not out for 2010 yet. I figured if the AP discount is the same as last year I am paying about $40 more for this package than I would for an AP discounted room but I am getting $465 worth of tickets to use in the future. Plus I have this discounted booked already while the AP rates aren't out yet. I have a feeling the room I have booked and really want (club level at AKL) won't be available by the time AP rates are out. In fact this room is no longer available for the 4/3 deal for my dates so I am happy to have a discount better than AAA already booked.

Just switched (again). Started at CSR (2 rooms, 8 people, me, DS, DMIL, DFIL, and four DD, ages 10, 9, 8, and 6). Moved to SSR when the original B4G7 deal came out. After thinking about it, we decided to go to 2 rooms at Wilderness Lodge (woods view). Here's how it played out:

Room 1 - woods view
Me
DS
DD (10)
DD (9)
8 Day Parkhopper
Disney Dining
Insurance
Total cost: $3,499.34

Room 2
DFIL
DMIL
DD (8)
DD (6)
8 Day Parkhopper
Disney Dining
Insurance
Total Cost: $3,254.20

Total cost for 2 rooms: $6,753.54

That's about the same as the cost for a 2BR villa for Saratoga Springs for the group.

Staying 3/26-4/3 at CSR orginally $4200 now about $3900

I had the same problem--it is because of when your dates fall. Mine are 3/25-4/2 and I'm only getting one free night. Spoke to 2 CMs and quoted the package online with the exact same price. Not sure why only 1 free night, not 2 (3/25 & 3/26), but, any discount that close to Easter seemed good to me.
