We are leaving for a 3 night Wonder in 9 days!!! The last time we cruised DCL, was in Nov. 2000. At that end of that trip, the airlines had trucks at the port where we could check our luggage. Is this still available, or has secruity prevented this service. We are using our AP's to go to EPCOT before our 5:30 flight home, and don't want to go to the airport first.

Thanks!

On our cruise last week the DCL Air partners did have their trucks at the port for you to check the luggage. We did not use this option because we were staying another 3 days but I remember hearing about it on the ship. This was under "orange Security". I believe the airlines were just the major ones, northwest, delta, etc. They will tell you in the debarcation talk but if you wanted to know which airlines ahead of time just give DCL a call.

In Dec. of 03 they still had that option.....but only for certain airlines. If you book your trip with DCL air included you should be o.k., if not you should call DCL.

We used that option last week and it was great! It is only for certain arilines, but all of the big U.S. domestic arilines had a desk there. We flew Delta out last Saturday afternoon, and we were able to check all of our bags right outside the terminal AND get all of our boarding passes! Then we rented a car at Budget. SInce we didn't have to deal with checking in at Orlando airport, we actually had another hour at least of extra time in the Orlando area.

Thanks for all the great info! We are flying Delta so I don't think there will be any problems. Mission Space, here we come!
