Post Office Lost my Magic Bands

As the title says, the Post Office appears to have lost the package containing my Magic Bands. Disney shipped them back on March 31st. The tracking info shows the package got to a post office near me, but now has been bouncing around some other post offices that are further away. I've filed a claim with the post office, but should I call Disney? Would they re-ship them (I don't depart until the 29th) or will they just provide one upon check-in?

I would call Disney and let them know what's going on and they will advise you about the best option for what to do next.

It's normal for them to bounce around before they show up. They're shipped via whatever USPS service is slightly faster than extinct carrier pigeon.

Magic Bands have been known to go on some very long trips that make no sense whatsoever. Perhaps they will show up in a couple days.

I expected them to maybe take a strange route to get to me (which they did), but it was the fact that they showed up at my local post office and then jumped to a further away post office.

This happened to us. We had recently moved to another state. Check your address on MDE and check with the Disney to see what address is on the package. You may want to call Disney and have them re ship them. That is what we did. When they do this, Disney will blank out the old magic bands that were lost. Also. check to see if there is enough time to receive the new ones.

That happened to mine too. They went to the local central USPS processing facility, which is about 2 miles from me. Then they went to the Bronx. Then somewhere else in the Bronx. I got them eventually. As long as they're still being scanned and not sitting stagnant, with no movement, they're coming.

This happened to us on a past trip. They got to our main city location, but never to my local PO before they were bounced a few states away and stayed there for a few days. It was weird, but they did eventually get here.
