Post HHN, pre Thanksgiving trip

I am considering a one or two day trip to UO sometime early next month. Any one have knowledge of crowds, whether on-site is necessary, and whether the on-site rates are decent during that time?

Oct. 1- Nov. 27 is regular season. Nov. 28th - Dec 22nd is value season. You shouldn't need to stay on site. Its not like you need to see everything! Again! You just need to get up a little early.
