I have a Disney Visa credit card and just received my bill. In in was a flyer for discount rates through 10/1. (Example given was $99 per person for 3 nights at Value Resort including tickets).
It also states that you must use that credit card to pay for trip.
This doesn't work for me as my family is going in December. I even wrote to Disney expressing concern as to why the month of December was left out with discounted rates (FTP was extended but only until 11/20). Received the traditional form letter back.
Basically Disney is forcing everyone to book elsewhere because we are too afraid to wait (fear of not getting a room). We went last year and already had our trip booked by this time.
Quit calling.......tired of waiting to hear nothing good.
