Post card rate better than AP @ deluxe?

Has anyone beat the current AP discount of $100 off a deluxe?

Has anyone gotten a post code for Oct time frame for Deluxe - if so what rate?

I have the Poly for $239 in regular season. Rack rate at that time is $354.

I believe the current set of post cards only go up to July 4 travel dates.

Fall offers have not been sent out yet. I'd expect we may start seeing October postcards in August.

The only deluxe rate I remember 100% from last year's post card offers was $209 for Poly Garden View.

I found a postcard thread that people were posting their postcard rates in... here's a few that were posted:
Poly Garden view Std room $239 (w/o tax) Ap rate is $254
AKL Savannah view Std room $166 (w/o tax) Ap Rate is $220
Beach Club water view Std room $219 (w/o tax) Ap rate is $310
Wilderness Lodge woods view $152 including tax Ap rate is $165 w/o tax
$295.48 CR-tower with tax Ap rate is $280 w/o tax

GV GF $279 b4 tax, $311.09 w/tax. AP rate $294 b4 tax. Postcard better!!

Yes we had a pin code attach to our name and it was less than our ap rate for AKL.

Thanks everyone. At least there is some hope.

I'll be checking in early Oct to get Value season rates. If I get a nice AP discount or post card, I'll probably stay in a Deluxe.
