Mrs Nesbit is most certainly from "Toy Story", sipping 'her' darjiling tea.

Okay. Looks like we have a stumper here! A live action Disney movie, that has a masculine looking female character, by the name of Elizabeth, that is not from "The Pirates of the Caribbean" series... Hmmmm... you've got me! I need another clue!!

Talk about a tough one!
The only movies that I recall from that era that involve animals are "The Shaggy Dog" and "That Darn Cat". Am I getting closer???

sort of... the star of the movie is a well known "Disney" actor (or actress )

OH and i meant the character being talked about is a dog, not the main character haha sorry for the confusion!
