I’m too much of an introvert for rallys, but those looked fun.

Palmetto State Park,TX. We did not swim because the water was muddy due to catfish and a recent rain, but we sawso many awesome plants, and a bird nest was right at eye level outside the site.

it’s on the sound, the bridge to the national seashore is right up the road to go to the gulf.

New campground for us. Got in around 4 yesterday and did a little swimming in the pool and walked to check out the beach and pier. We like it a lot, though the sites are kind of narrow.

Tuttle Creek State Park, Kansas. The kids are fishing directly across from the rig. No luck, but it was a scorcher yesterday. Maybe better luck this morning.

Yes, picked this site, 121, specifically for the shade. We are currently cooling off from our morning fishing (still no bites for the kids, NUTS!) and everyone is covered up in a blanket because the ACs are keeping up so well.
