Well, mine is regional, but folks can take it VERY seriously, Taylor ham/pork roll and gravy/sauce. Until social media I had no idea how strongly some feel about this.

My dad feels the same way so extra crabs for me. They are priced out of this world these days though. In OBX last year I just caught and steamed my own instead.
