Possibly a very stupid concierge question

I think I know the answer to this question, but I will ask it anyway.

If you are resort hopping and only staying in a concierge resort for your first couple of days, will the concierge staff help you with arraingements for the non-concierge leg of your trip.

I am guessing that they will, to a very limited extent, but I also feel we cannot expect to abuse the privilage.

What does everyone think?

I have had them make PS's for me for dinner or a fireworks cruise on my last day (after I checked out) but I wouldn't go any further than that.

I think Anne is right. Anything past the day you check out is abusing the privilege. I'd make my own PS either by calling or using a Disney TA like DU. My concern wouldn't be being told they won't do it but rather any PS that wasn't available if you called yourself just wouldn't be available when you asked. They MIGHT check the reservations available to everyone but might not look at the concierge allocation.
