We have just returned from WDW. One night, my son drove to the Chinese restaurant on Palm Parkway (north of Downton Disney). He also needed to buy some milk. So he went into the liquor/fooditem store there. There was a guy standing in front (outsideof) of that store asking people if they wanted Disney tickets. When my son told him we already had tickets, he made the astonishing offer to buy our used-up tickets for $15 each after we were done with them. This whole set up really seemed dubious, and this offer made it seem even more so.
He gave my son a business card that shows the "company" name as "Orlando Vacation Planners" and shows the guy's contact information only as "Lyam 407-744-7480" (no surname; no address).
I googled on "Orlando Vacation Planners" and found no such company. When I googled on the phone number, I got about 5 hits on Craig's List and similar places.
We are not going to sell our used-up tickets to this guy. I don't want to be a part of him selling some naive visitor worthless tickets. But I thought that others should know about this guy in case they are approached by him to buy tickets.
