Possible Way to know when dc is going to hit???

ok well lately i have been trying to see if you could Know if you are about to be disconnected. and about 5 minutes before i disconnect Every time, my computer seems to stop for a minute, where no writing would come up, and then a lot of writing would appear. if this happens to you, then you Might be able to know when the dc monster is going to come, LOL

if this doesnt happen to you well then my theory is blown LOL

I know when no one is talking, i will most likely get dc. I test it by typing ".." and if comes up I didn't get dc.

I was for the longest time DCing on the 8's... 1:18, 1:38, 1:58

It was handy... if I was close to an 8... I would refresh before a game.

yea me too it happens when ppl are walking like that and then i click somewhere to walk or i enter text but sometimes ppl walk in place and start walking again so i know im not dc

LOL yeah that is usually what happens also. i am sitting there and all of a sudden, someone is walking in place...then it all goes back to normal and i dc within 5 minutes....


LauraBearz: that is so weird! ill have to check that out next time im on, see if there is a pattern in there for me too.....

That makes lots of sense...I have been trying to play HM all night and it keeps Hicupping, then just as I'm going to finish the game and the quest...DC.

i know when i am going to dc because my screen gets loopy in that i mean chairs or trees or furniture of any nature is not as it should be. speech balloons go behind posters or whatever. sometimes it looks as if some of the ppl are only half there or are in curious positions. stop by some of my rooms sometime and check out my pictures on the walls. usually they are of these instances. Cracks me up
