Do you just call and have it added?Yes, you can. On my last cruise my adult friend and I shared a room and she used her credit card for her KTTW and other charges.
My niece will be traveling with us on our next cruise and staying in our stateroom. Is it possible for her to attach her own credit card to her account?
If you note, they break down ever cost by guest, even the tips. They are assuming some would do it this waySo this is how you do this:-
On the on line checkin there is the options for putting a credit card against your stateroom account.
There is an option for one credit card to go against everyone in the room,
Or
You can out a different card against each person, or say two on one card, one on another.
No need to call DCL just update the on line check in.
Even if you have completed OLCI already, you can go back and edit it and change it.
Lastly at port it can be changed and at guest services, but online us best pre cruise.

The later, to who booked. Lead person on reservation. I always get all of mine. The family are not credited. If you have one card they are then netted off.Are stateroom credits (i.e. OBC from the TA or from DCL) also applied per person if you provide different credit cards for each person's expenses? Or are they applied to the person's account who booked the cruise?

Yes, this is absolutely true, so when I travel with my Mom if I want half of our on-board-credit to be used towards her gratuities, then we have to list one credit card and split our expenses ourselves manually.
