POssible to upgrade AFTER the 120 days is past??

Has anyone been able to upgrade their best rate room from, for example, a moderate to a deluxe?

I have best rate at POR for Oct 25-30. I have found myself with a little extra money ( , )and would like to try a deluxe. Has anyone successfully upgrade AFTER the 120 days is up?? ( I am 80 days away)

Hoping to switch to WL or AKL. Just afraid to mess around with the good thing I got going.

No questions from my sister...YET. However, the whole object of the October trip is to plan a wedding (and do MNSSHP and the Fand W, and everything else!) so I am sure the questions will come after that!! I will keep you posted.

I don't know if you can change resorts but I did change to a prefered location room at CBR after my 120 day mark had passed. I called WDW and the CM was able to change it for me. I think she had to call guest services herself. There was no charge if the change did not lower the price. Hope this helps you.

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking of just booking CBR before my 120 days this Saturday. We want AKL, but right now, the best rate is running $172 per night pool view, and a few weeks back, it was around $150. I knew I should have booked it then! But I was thinking to book CBR and upgrade as I find a better rate for AKL.
