Possible to change dining rotation?

I know it's probably a weird question but is it possible to change your dining rotation?

We're on a 4-night cruise in January. Our family (5 adults and 4 children ages 14, 12, 10, 7) has issues with having to dress up and we'd really like to be in Parrot's Cay the second night so they can wear their tropical dress for the deck part and still fit in at dinner.

Any advice, recommendations, etc., would be greatly appreciated!

I would go to Guest services on the ship and have them change it
when u board...


Do u know your rotation yet ???? maybe u will get the one u want have heard of some people requesting a certian rotaton , but they will not Garantee it ,

If you don't get the rotation you want , go to Wavebands around
115pm ( where they will be doing Palo ressies) there is a table
on the side set up for the regular dining. If you have late seating
you might have a better chance of switching. I had to switch last
week and had no problem, however I had no kids in my party.

Maine Jennifer, We are from southern Maine, We are going in 19 days. Magic Western. We also have dining rotation ?/dress. I will post or pm you when we get back about the ease of changing.

We went on the 3 day 2 years ago loved it. You guys will love it too.

You can also request a specific dining rotation and have it noted on your reservation. Keep in mind it will just be a request but DCL will consider it if at all possible when determining your dining rotation/seating.

Keep in mind the earlier you make this request the better and there are no guarantees.

Thanks for all your responses! I think I'll e-mail my travel agent when she gets back from WDW and ask her to put it on our reservation. I know about the not guaranteeing it thing. I asked for a room at CSR close to the front lobby and got the exact opposite - - Oh well! Like I alwyas say, Can't hurt to ask!

martel-luv-wdw - Our favorite Ice Cream place is called "Martel's"! Any relation?? Anyway- I'll be waiting to hear from you - I hope you have lots of fun, I know we will, even with my weird family!
